The field “planned start date” in the menu activity is in green so it field automatically with another menu. I can’t find this parent menu.

Planned dates are defined according to assigned work defined for resources to tasks.
If none assigned work is defined, then validated dates or requested dates can be used.
Thank to this first reply but I am not sure to well understand. Could you please tell me the exact menu and field to use (or a screen copy).

What is it this "activity menu" for you?
Can you send a screen shot.
In the attached display copy you can see surrounding in green the menu “activity” and surrounding in red the planned date I cannot find to fill.

The are three ways to define planned dates.
1 - Request dates (just on right of planned dates)
- Used as wish dates before the project start.
2 - Validated dates (just on left of planned dates)
- Used with some planning mode (Regular ...).
3 - From planned work (assigned work) defined in each assignation of resource to activity.
- ProjeQtOr distribute work for each resource depending on its availability and daily capacity.
P.S.
Remember that you must execute calculation of planning. (Available in Gantt chart)
User guide will contain this information at version 5.2.3.
