Is there any way to create a bookmark or an ANCHOR TAG within the description TextArea Box of Activities, Action and the other elements that have a description TextArea Box.
The reason for this, is to be able to move between parts of the description, when there is a long description to assist with reading and setting up procedures.
as of today it's not possible. We did not implement the anchr plugin of CK Editor.
Can I suggest that this be considered as part of the next upgrade. I think it would be quite helpful, when need to refer to an element in a long description.
I would also suggest the possibility that a option to link an actual element direct into the description (a bit like what is allowed in myphpFAQ does), where you press a button in the editior, then find the link and paste the link directly in the description. This allows for easier reading and reference to a link element.

Added in the roadmap as ticket #3516, but will not include next release, it's not an urgent evolution.
The way to implement it will depend on CK EDitor plugin (we won't try and redesigne such plugins)
