Is there a way to move the Notes Section of the program in a 3 column view to be at the top of the view panel where Assignment currently is. I want to move it up there and then move Assignment and Progress to be Under the Treatment.

Unfortunately, we do not give the option to move sections or tabs at your convenience.
But it's an interesting evolution idea that you can submit on our track!
