This workflow uses status that are designed to change the transition bloc items.
I think you changed some parametering.
For instance, Leave workflow uses status "accepted" and not "validated".
So you have to adapt your status so that it will be adapted to Leave system :

I have a new difficulty, I can't create a new leaves with the leaves calendar meanwhile It works with the leaves period.
I imagine that can be managed with habilitation but in the HR habilitation screen, there's only one column for the Leaves calendar's rights.

1) do you have any error logged on projeqtor log file ?
2) do you have any error on browser console ?
3) are you sure the selected resource (you must select the resource before clicking on the calendar) has open leave period and has some left days on the open period ?

3) Are you sure that the selected resource (you must select the resource before clicking on the calendar) has an open period of leave and there are days left in the open period?
=> With an "employee profile", I select the desired resource, with an "employee" profile, it's me by default. In both cases, I can not choose my leave.

I finally upraged, we are on 8.2.4 and the problem is still there. I still can't change the leave type nor the date nor anything when I want to create a leave from the leave calendar. I also tried with the administrator leaves' rights.

- the resource that requests the leave slot
- manager (defined in Leave Manager screen) of the resource that requests the leave slot

I try with all possible profile :
- manager's leave
- HR administrator
- employee
Personal profile Administrator or Team member. It never works.

I resume my difficulties with the HR module:

-1) Leaves Calendar : Whatever is my profile (Leaves system Admin, Leaves system Non Admin, Manager leaves, Not manager leaves, Employee), with leave right valid I can't use the leaves Calendar : When I select a date, all is in grey and I can't change anything. - 2) No more anticipated leaves : With the same profile and rights (this ticket). With the rules which were effective before 1st january and didn't change and are like indicated in the documentation

5) I have a new problem. All habilitation are selected (except Deleted) on Leaves system habilitation for all the profiles Administrator of leaves system
Manager of employee's leaves, Manager of employees, Employee, creator, self but right now only Administrator profile (on user profile).

I have checked many times rules, opened habilitations, I can't understand where all this pb come from.

I recorded a ticket to analyse lleave system.
This is an external contribution than you integrated as it seemed to work and could be usefull.
Now, we are not sure it really works as expected, and what is sur is that captions are not really explicit to know when leave are earned and when they can be used
