There is no existing specific interface to import data from primavera.
The only "easy" import feature is our plugin that imports projects from MS-Project XML format.
If primavera can export your projects in this format, you'll be able to import to projeqtor.

Otherwise, only option is to manually export objects from primavera in csv format, transform into expected format for projeqtor and import into projeqtor.
You'll have to do this for each "class" of items : projects, activities, tickets, ... and you won't be able to retreive all data (attachments, notes, dependencies, ...)
