Hi,
I would like for the users to see the actions as « done » in the Imputation part.
I don’t want the users to impute on a finished task by error; without having to close it.
Would you tell me if there is a setting in the app?

No you cannot lock input for done activities.
What users can do is check "hide done items" so that they won't see them, but they wxill always have to possibility to input on them after unchecking this option.
