Update rights in Specific Access Rights

Thank you for your answer.

I did go to Parameters / Access rights / Specific access, and I've chosen work visibility = all visible and view assignments = yes

And in the block "Progress" of the actvities there is still no line "work :" between line "duration :" and line "progress :"

Maybe I must modify another value ?

Hi Phil,

not clear if I understood you right.

In the line 'progress' there will be no line with work. It shows percentage of progress.
Work is displayed in the line 'work'.

May be a screenshot enlightens your issue.

My concern is the line "work :", not the line "progress :" => better with an image (see attached) 🙂
On the right with profile Admin : the line work is visible 🙂
On the left with profile "External project manager" : the line work is not visible 🙁
Which right should I add in order to add visibility on the line "work :" (just visibility, not the right to change) for profile "External project manager" ?

may I suggest to do following: see values in Access rights - Access to data (project related). For External team member should set adequate rights and it should work.
