Is it possible to select several business features in the Business Features list. Or, as a workaround, how to create a new multi selection list (we know how to create a "one selected" drop down list).

Is it possible to select several business features in the Business Features list.
It's not possible.
Or, as a workaround, how to create a new multi selection list (we know how to create a "one selected" drop down list).
Not possible either.
Even with our Screen customisation plugin.
Multi selection required change of design in the relationship between tickets and business feature.
A single field in the table (as existing) cannot manage a many-to-many relationship.
This required new table.
