Hello,
How can I allocate 1 ressource (1 user) to all the projects in one and unique operation (instead of doing it on each project) ?

Just a precision : the ressource will have the same profile in all projects

You cannot unless all projects have same root project.
Then you just allocate at root.
Only solution will be to use Import for allocation.
