This is new installation of v. 4.2.3
After I click "continue" on the first setup screen, I can not login with admin/admin. It shows "
ERROR : An error occurred on 2014-05-16 at 20:08:05".
I have no tables in database connected to this installation.
Log file in xls is attached.
Please help.

Hi,
Database update fails because set_time_limit has been disabled by your provider.
Try and comment these lines.
