Just create and name a directory in your var/www/ differently from your current instance (and unzip ProjeQtOr there)
Access it with the name of that directory in your url.
On the configuration screen, make sure to change the "database schema name" so it's different from your current instance (you can also add a prefix for database tables name).
Also make sure to have separate folders for all the directories that need to be outside the web access (attach, report, log, ...), so you don't get confused with the same folders of the first instance.
