Hi,
The feature to bill the T&M project is available based on a resource.
Do you have a feature to order T&M effort on a resource? The objective is to declare an order before starting the project : like a baselinework (an order) for the customer.
Example :
° declare a T&M project
* declare an activity
* declare resource
* baseline project
* evaluate the baseline work/cost
* make a T&M order based on resource cost/work

The order should come become execution of work, so cannot depend on real work.
