I have some issue with using resources lists with organizsations and suborganizations, and could not figure out how to make it work:
All guys should see only resources from there organization and from der sub organization.
See also the configuration attached...
I have the following structure:
ORGA1
| -- SUB ORGA
| -- SUBSUB ORGA
The question is as follows:
So if a assign one Projectleader to ORGA1, he will see all resources from ORGA1 and SUB ORGA --> ok 🙂 as expected
but if assign the same Projectleader to SUB Orga --> he will see only resources from SUBSUB Orga --> imo not as expected :unsure:
Do I something wrong or is there other possibility to adjust this behaviour?

Which profile do you use on each affectation (to orga1 and to sub-orga)
I use always the same profile (Projectleader).
To clarify the structure and affectations I made some screenshots...
Access to data
Organizations - and Members
Projectstructure
If I log in as Projectleader, I see all resources

if I log in now as Projectleader 4, I see only the ressources of my sub-oranisations, which it will be in that case SubSub-Orga1_1_1
But Projectleader is member of organisation of SUB-Orga1_1, as you see in
The same happens with Projectleader 5, who does not see any ressources at all, even there are three in
SubSub-Orga1_1_1
