You can have overview off all Notes on a project on Activity Stream screen.

Yes : as attachments on items or as Documents (llike EDM tool)

We have Chinese translation done at 60%. Captions not translated are displayed in English

do you know if there are potentials issues to acces the software in china ? 

I really don't know, I guess it depends on server location.

After configuration and connection with "admin I am looking for your help to unblock the startup of projeqtor after configuration and connection with "admin", the startup is blocked as shown in the image below.  I have left it running for more than 6 hours.
