I have downloaded the program and am trying to work out how to see tickets or activities that are overdue. Are there any reports or an easy way that the program shows the number of days left to complete an activity or ticket or more a way to show when a task is overdue and for how long it is overdue by. Either as a report or on screen.

Just define and "Alert" or "Warning" through the definition of "Indicateurs".
The overdue, or that will soon become overdue, items will then be highlighted in today screen.
