I try to install the plugin "PersonalizedTranslation" on ProjeqTor 5.4.3 and can't for the moment : I have an error message
The plugin is in .zip format, in the plugin directory, it is visible in the module "Plugin Management". It is when i click on the red cross to install it that I have this message.
When I go to the directory, I don't see the file mentionned.

This must be access rights issue.
This can happen is you copied zip file in the directory without using plugin management "upload" feature.
Check owner and access rights to zip file.
User running PHP must be able to unzip the plugin file.

I have the maximum rights (777) on the directory and files. I can unzip the file if I try do do it directly in the directory.
One question : Has the plugin name an importance ? I have renamed the filename. But even after rename with it first filename, the problem is the same (what is its name exactly if it has an importance ?)

Yes, of course filename is important.
File name must be "personalizedTranslations_V1.1.zip" (in fact personalizedTranslations_Vx.y.zip)
And then plugin description is searched in /plugin/personalizedTranslations .
Looking at log file, I guess you renamed file as "ProjejeQtOr - Plugin PersonalizedTranslations_V1.1.zip".
