We bought and installed the plugin "template report" a few time ago. It is now not compatible with the last version of projeqtor. What is the best way to obtain an update for the plugin ?

Just reconnect to our shop with the account you used for the order.
Then go to the description page of the plugin : you'll find the download link that is available without time limit.
