I have problem with planing view - please take a look on the picture:
As you see there is Activity "eCatalogue / ...." with WBS: 12.1, next there is activity "Backlog" with WBS: 12.1.2.1, next there is activity "Protection" with WBS: 12.2
When I move activity "backlog" its WBS will be updated correctly (12.3) and also planing view will be updated.
I cannot find any rule when from time to time such issues I observate on the planing.

It is not a rule, it is an issue.
If you can describe use case leading to it, we'll try and fix it.
That's the point I cannot find any scenario to get this result. It happend from time to time.
I checked also server log but there is no anything suspect.
