I sucessfully installed EASYPhP on my pc and i managed to reach the projeqtor configuration page but i followed everything and i get this error.
SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
dsn = mysql:host=127.0.0.1;port=3306
what to do?!!

It means your marchine or network does not allow traffic on IP 127.0.0.1 or Port 3306.
Try and change horst=127.0.0.1 to host=localhost
If this does not work, try and contact your netwrork administrator.
