We are a school and we have a lot of different process (for example, exams process). Each process has several steps that must be performed at certain times of the year (e.g., reports delivery).
of course, every year, when starting a new school year, these processes should be recreated and the different dates adapted. So, is there a way to create once all our process as template and, for every new school year, having new ones from the Templates ?
My second question :
According to the fact that our students are in our school for 4 years. Would it be better to create a process with different steps for the whole 4 years (every school year has specific steps) or create sample process for each year ? (if really don't know if my explanations are clear at all, don't hesitate to tell me if necessary) 😉

1) Yes, projeqtor proposes Project Templates (copy of a project)
2) It is your choice, depending on your processes.
Either you define a project per year, that you can copy each year, each new one replacing the previous one.
Or you can define a project per cursus, that you will also copy each year, but you'll have several cursus in parallel. In this case, you must manage students that "double" one year, as they will "change cursus"
