hello,
Why do i get '[ ]' symbol when i define a new profile while i don't even type these symbols?

Because default profile names are translated (depending on selected language)
So your new profiles, which correspond to no translation code, are displayed within brackets.
This has no other impact.
You can possibly improve it with our "personalized translation" plugin that allows you to add new translation codes.
