I'm logged in with admin
I want to assign a resource to a project and choosing its profile I do not have the visu of the custom profiles (I closed the other profiles system)
With a user account, I have the visu of all the profiles

Hi Chris,
what's user profil of this user? If he is administrator, then it's clear.
Else check access rights of your granted profiles - there might be the root cause.

I view all profiles with a second account TEST Member Project Manager.

Ah, your incident is not as I thought. Just to recap, what I understood:
1. You have created new profiles.
2. You have a project which is in progress.
3. You have a user, which is a resource.
4. You would like to assign/afect the resource to the project with the new created profile.
5. in the affection window you didn't find the new profile.

You cannot allocate a resource to a project with a profile over your own.
Profiles priorities are considered depending on sort order value.
1) Can you show profile list ?
2) What is your profile ?

You did not define the sort order or your 3 new profiles (id 8, 9 & 10).
So they have an order of zero.
So they are listed first, before Admin profile.
A user cannot allocate to project with a profile over his own.
Then user with profile Admin can allocate with profiles Admin or Guest, but not with 3 new ones.
User with one on the new profiles can allocate with any profile.
Just change sort order of your new profiles to get what you need.
