i want to give project members access to the project planning (Ganntt chart) - i have selected acces to planning in form access. Noe project members can go to the planning but ... it empty - no populated with thr project they are member of. What elese i need to set to achieve that?
It will be also good to give them read-only access....

Users must have access to activities.
Change rights for Activity.
It is set - access to Activities for users set - so it is not a reason. I think the problem is that the system cannot identify proper the project to load: this is why chart is empty

Hi,
Users must be affected to the Projects to see them in the planning.
To give read only acces just define or set a profile that is read only (reader) for Activities, Milestones and Projects, and affect users to this profile.
Thanks, now it works but... the button "Recalculate" unfortunately available. Any suggestions?

Arggg ....
Big issue : planning rights must be defined somewhere...
and should be different from Activity rights.
For instance Project team member can modify activities they work on, but not be able to calculate planning.
I'll add an improvement on next version.
