I've created someprojects as admin user, but those does not appear in the project list when the assigned manager logs on to projeqtor.
Is this normal behaviour?

Project Leaders must be allocated to the projects to see them.
If they are connected when admin creates the projet, they have to refresh their right (diconnet / reconnect or user project selector parameter button and click "refresh list")
