this is to mean you don't have to populate the timesheet in the real work allocation but you can just update the project to done and then the timesheet is calculated

Please forget bad habbits that some tools (such as MS-Project) gave you 👿
Time sheets must be filled in during whole project duration : it is the only way to get the real duration, and updating left work in the time sheet will give information about expecting delaying of target date.
