Hi Team,
Is it possible to extract a report where I can see initially assigned work for each resource per project. So I can see a difference between assigned work and real work for each resource. Moreover, we also checked all available reports and have found only the reports where we can see real work performed by a resource.

I'm not sure such a report exist.
But what you want is displayed on the "Resource planning" view.
