I have to re-establish a Projector Instance at a different server with a new domain name.
eg. https://project4.xyz.org to projects.abc-coop.org
After transfer of database and php-subdirectory I expect to change a configuration file, bit need to know the file locations. Can anybody give me a hint, or hint another way for such a transfer.

Most parameters are stored on db, and can be changed on Global Parameters.
Some files are in parameters.php file. Location is defined in tool/parametersLocation.php
