Hi.
In function save of OrganizationBudgetElementMain last code by Marc Tabary contains two return with no value. One of this never encounters parent::save();
Could someone explain me ?

You're right.
I fixed this, but this may not have impact.
In fact budget is saved when organization or project is saved, and result for saving is never used.
As first version for organization budget calcuation, it may be better not cancel main saved object if budget calculation fails 🙁
