First migrate to V7.0.9 : V7.0.8 is not the latest patch of V7.0

Then you'll have to configure imap mailbox in the corresponding global parameters, tab Automation
You'll have some hints on fields and help available on user manual (F1)

Take care that mailbox must be the inbox of email address defined in the "reply to" parameter for sending emails.

Thank you for the quick reply, as you can see I did the configuration but i still cannot save the emails as note elements.

I guess the mailbox is not correctly defined
I am almost sure an azurtek.ca email won't be retreived as gmail account.

The imap mailbox on hint is an example that you have to adapt to your mail server.

It is a correct gmail account, linked to a domain name. I can access the inbox without any problem
