Is it possible to send a notification via email to Successor's Activity Responsable when the Predecessor Activity has been set to done? Example: when the Activity A (predecessor) is done, the Responsable of the Activity B (successor) receive an email to remind to start the activity.

we can not do it with "a direct automatism" but you can do it by one another way.
- Go to control and automation - send email on event per project - then select activity and its kind of change to be emailed. Check the box "follower", who will receive emails.
- Responsible A should registered subscription of responsable B ( the follower) on this item (activity A) using the buttom see below
