Hello,
I am very satisfied of your software so far 🙂 . However, I have a question concerning the workflows. I notice that the only available status are the following :
- recorded
- qualified
- accepted
- re-opened
- assigned
- prepared
- in progress
- done
- verified
- delivered
- validated
- closed
- cancelled
Is there a way to add custom status ?

Yes,
Connected as admin, add a status (parameters / lists of values / status)
There define workflows to use the status (controls & automations / workflow)
