Is it possible to send message (email and/or pop-up) alerting to the ressource in charge of ticket or activity in several step (50% before the end, 75% before the End, target = 100% and 125% - target depassed). A sort of reminder by email and pop-up

No, not depending on progress... (progress of what ? duration ? work ?)
But it's possible to send aleert before given number of days.

The objective is to have a remlinder to execute action in the time
It is possible to send alert for given days before due dates, but not depending on "progress of duration".
(Progress on duration should start when ? when creating ? when last updating ? when setting status started ? )
