Hi,

The only way to remove the sending of mail on the multiple update is to remove the sending of mail scheduled on the event for the item.

This is not very convenient as I (or other users) need to have the rights to do that and in that case even for a 1 activity change I won't have the mail sent.

I think I will try to have the mail collected by batch (as proposed on the mail configuration of the project). It is not fully satifying but it should help already a lot.

Wouldn't it possible to add this as an option on the multiple update window?
Like a check box to tick/untick : "Mail alert activated"

If you don't want to receive the emails when you do the multiple update and  while letting other users receive the emails, there is a user parameter that exists "not receive own emails". He is on automation in user parameter.
