Just one point : you’ll have to reinitialize your password. Use “Lost password” feature.
For some users, I have the "Send information to the user" button available, for some other, this button does not appear...
I don't see any user configuration difference between these both users categories... Did I missed something here ?

You can sent email only when you just reset the password.
At this step, it is stored in a way that the tool can decode to show it.
If user changes his password, it is then stored in a more secured way, that cannot be decoded.
So you cannot send email with password information because you cannot retreive the password.

The "tricky" thing was that I had to save user profile prior to getting this button... :woohoo:
