I didn't find in in the manual how can be used Check List and TAsk List ? Why can't we put a name on it ?
My need is to be able to creat a model list of tasks (that, I managed doing it) and then being able to add a task which will use this.
For example :
Chek list "training"
Room
Invitation sent
Meal
...
And when I create a task Training, I can use this check list.
But I don't see how
You define checlist in Automation > Checklists
Yes I saw that. But how use it once it is defined ?
Just create item of the corresponding class and type.
NB : users must have acces right to checklist (righ deined in "acces rights" > "specific access rights", section "Display specific buttons".
Then user will see checlist at bottom of item or through new button in buttons section (correspondiong to his selection in user parameters)
