I need help on this error that I encountered since Friday when I launch the application to connect, nothing is signaled in the logs
SQLSTATE[08006] [7] could not connect to server: Connection refused Is the server running on host "127.0.0.1" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432?

check that your configuration is correct, look in your parameter.php file that it is the correct port.

but all the configuration is good I have been using this instance for 5 months.
Okay , can you try to update and test if you have already this issue it's possible is already fixed in latest version available.
i dont think this due has an update as i have the same version on another instance
This seem to be a Firewall blocking.
Try and disable firewall to check it works fine. If so, you'll have to add rule in firewall to allow local access through http

The problem is solved, the problem was with the database which refused to start.
