Hi,
Currently when I create any resource with is_user=Yes it is being created with default date format MM/DD/YYYY, I have to ask to change date format to DD/MM/YYYY in user parameter to that new created user.
Can it be possible that default date format set as DD/MM/YYYY in user parameter instead of currently it is MM/DD/YYYY
Please refer attachment for what is my purpose to ask your help.

the date format definition is retrieved by dojo. The latter retrieves the date definition of your browser which is directly linked to the localization parameters (date format, currency, decimal point, etc.)
and we don't plan to add a parameter to handle this
