i can't find what is the use case of "dynamic value" in filter.
How does it works ?

Hi,
This allows you to enter a value when selecting the filter, rather than having a predefined value. This can help rationalize the number of filters.

So, i need to save my filter and reuse it and i get a prompt to dynamic value.
