Hello,
The default configuation for the External Project Leader does not give the possibility to assign ressource to an activity.
For me, it should be possible. Indeed, the main points to hide are mainly the daily cost of the ressource and the associated reports.
Is there a parameter to change to make this possible ?

Hi,
It is possible.
1) User profiler must be allowed to see work (you can hide costs for this profile)
2) User profile must be allowed to see and update assignments.
All this can be confiogured on Specific access rights
