As my colleague said, access rights are obtained with a profile and with an allocation on projects.

- The profile is determined during the creation of the resource on the screen of the same name in the environmental parameters.

- The allocations are made on each project / sub-project in the allocation section.

If a resource is allocate to a project or subproject, then it will see it in the list boxes and in the project selector.

Similarly if the user has a supervisor or administrator profile, he will see more elements than a project member.

You need to determine these behaviors for each user.

However, I regret to tell you that we do not have the possibility of enlarging the font size in ProjeQtOr.
We only offer different display sizes for the icons in the left menu.
