I am currently in a project of installation of Projeqtor and I have a question : how can you link a client in a ticket ? I am looking for a way to have access to all tickets of on one client on one screen.
Currently, I can only have information of tickets link to a requestor. And I cannot find a way to improve that.

Link is not direct.
Ticket belongs to a project which is possibly linked to a client.
You can also define the requestor on the ticket. The requestor is a contact that is part of the client.
If you need a direct link, you can use our Screen Customization plugin to add field "idClient". This will add a select list of clients on the ticket.

I will go with the field "idClient" because we have the plug-in and see if it fits our requirements.
