Hi,
I'had created task activity and assigned to me. i had setup a workload. and saved the task.
But in gannt planning the size of this task activity don't grow up.
I would like the size correspond to my estimation of workload and show the planning forecasts to my manager.
What is wrong ? and what is the best way to achieve my goal ?

Either you did not assign work, or just forgot to re-plan the project.
Another way to have some "draft" planning (as a drawing) is to use "fixed duration" planning mode.
Do i have to use a validated duration for each object that i want to simulated planning ?

Effectively i don't replay planning proccess.
