Hello Sir/Madam I have a small problem in my database which is linked to Projeqtor because as soon as a user fills in a text field, it is transcribed in the database with HTML tags such as "<div0" for example. How can I remove them?

You cannot.
And this is not an issue, it is because fields are html formatted.
This concenrs all fields with a text editor.
Only way to have text without html formating it to select Text Editor as "simple text".
In can be done in user parameters and in global parameters, that will set default parameters for new users, but you cannot "force" all users to use this editor.
