We have version 9.0.4 and we would like to upgrade. Is it possible to reach version 9.2.2 without installing versions 9.1.0 and 9.2.0 first?

Yes, you can migrate from any version to any other.
No need to install intermediate versions.
V9.3.0 is not deployed.
