hello together
my Installation only works if i give 777 to all files unter htdocs/projeqtor.
which user must own the files. Apache User (which run the Apache) doesnt work

Owner must be apache user.
Attention, on debian like distros (including ubuntu) apache user is www-data.
Then 755 is enough
