What do you expect from ProjeQtOr? That we created a collection of best practices for using ProjeQtOr? practical for whom? Project Manager? team member? Supervisor ? what domain? agri-food? industry? construction? ... Proposals of solutions ok, but for what type of problem? yours ? those of the neighbors? clients? for who? France? Japan? Russia?....

Effectively you cannot give an answer without details of my request. But I found the solution with the management of documents. We can manage types, approval, versions and we also can apply filters to select type of documents.
