I would like to know how can I configure the profil's rights to be able to see the informations of the "PROJET - PéRIODE D'ABSENCE" with giving them visibility to all the projets (other then theirs)?
The only way I was able to do it is by giving them "read rights" to "all elements in all projects" for Activities, but this allows them to see the activities of other projects (which I did'nt want) and most of all, the list of projects at the top of the page becomes the full list, which is not what we want either.
Shouldn't the employees be considered as affected to the "PROJET - PéRIODE D'ABSENCE" ?

That is waht "leave manager" stands for.
Define leave manager, and for each manager select the resource he can manage.

I'm sorry, I think I didn't explain myself right.
What I meant was that I would like that each employee would be able to see his work on the "PROJET - PéRIODE D'ABSENCE" under reports like "monthly planning for a resource".
For now, I can't do it if the ressourceonly has access to the data of the projects where he's affected to.
I have to give him right to see the data from all projects, which I wouldn't want to.

They can see these data as long as the LEAVE project is an administrative project.

my Leave Project is an administrative project (this attribut isn't changeable, anyway).

In fact you're right, admin tasks are not displayed on these reports.
We'll have a look about that.
