I try to create on a 10.1.4 environment with an admin account a mailbox entry for a "ticket project". I enter information in a new entry in "Boites emails de réception de tickets"
You can find the error.png file that say : not allowed to create content.
In the log file, I have this message : log.png
The error is the same with {a.b.c}INBOX or {a.b.c:993}INBOX
Any idea to help the investigation ?

the admin account does not necessarily give all rights. It all depends on the configuration you gave it.
To start investigating just read the error message carefully.
Here, you do not have the right to create a box, so try to check that you have the right to create a new one in the project-dependent data access and if you have been assigned a different profile than that of the admin on the project in question. An admin can lose his rights depending on the profile assigned to the project.

It was a rights issue, due to a cascade of projects. One of them had restrictive rights.
