I must have done something wrong with my configuration, but don't know what !
I created a new profile for some users ("Manager-New"), but when these users try to add a project affectation, they don't have the full list of user profiles available in the combobox.
Instead of seeing all available profiles, they only see two.
Is there a configuration parameter I missed ?

You have created a new profil and you have certainly failed to choose a sort order for this profil into this list. De facto, it is at the top of the list.
When a lower profile calls it in a drop-down list ( allocation ), it does not appear because you can not allocate a resource to a project with a profile greater than its own.
You have just to modify its sort order into the profil list.
