ProjeQtOr is not specifically designed for mobile.
It is compatible with any browser so will work on mobile devices, but UI is not adapted.
As soon as Virtual keyboad arrpears, 'eating' half of the device screen, things becone difficult to see.

But we are working on a dedicated mobile interface, that will be proposed as a plugin.
It will not offer all features of projeqtor but at least what is needed on mobile situations :
- see what I have to do
- enter what I have done
- create new ticket
- edit any report
We hope to be able to deploy it during summer.
